I am always seeking to capture the beauty and energy of flowers through bold and expressive brushstrokes. Flowers are important to us on many levels--used in rituals, celebrations, and expressions of emotions such as love, sympathy, and gratitude. When painting flowers, I'm always reminded of what a precious gift from nature they are.
